Do you know why famous Federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein credited me with coming forward and providing significant evidence of malfeasance by plaintiff attorneys and their clients that resulted in Judge Weinstein back in late April 1997 overturning this landmark multi-million dollar repetitive-stress soft tissue injury jury award; and YET your colleague Diane Henriques, who is herself a chronic sufferer from carpal tunnel syndrome; and moreover, Ms. Henriques also received journalistic credit by Judge “Henriques” [sic] for writing the most important article that first caught my attention, never once followed up with a subsequent article explaining the real story behind Sunmed?

National publicity followed the announcement of the jury verdict in December of 1996. See, e.g., Diana B. Henriques, Big Jury Award in Injury Case Over Keyboards, N.Y. Times, December 10, 1996, at D1; Jon Auerbach and Laura Johannes, Digital Equipment Loses Verdict on Carpal Tunnel, Wall St. J., Dec. 10, 1996, at B4. The news of Ms. Geressy’s nearly $5.3 million verdict against defendant reached Gary S. Gevisser, Chief Executive Officer of Sunmed, Inc. (formerly known as Injury Evaluation Consultants (IEC)) in Las Vegas, Nevada. The information struck Mr. Gevisser as particularly noteworthy because, before the litigation had been commenced, doctors from his company had examined Ms. Geressy, prepared a medical evaluation on her condition for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the IEC Report) and, contrary to the jury finding at trial, had determined that her ill health was unrelated to her work. See Affidavit of Kenneth J. King, sworn to March 25, 1997 ¶¶ 10, 11, Exhibit A (King Affidavit). Mr. Gevisser contacted Digital Equipment Corporation to explain his knowledge of the Geressy case and his company’s own information regarding Ms. Geressy. See King Affidavit ¶ 11. Defendant then subpoenaed the IEC Report and filed the instant motion for a new trial based on discovery of this evidence.

Ps – you should have a pretty good idea of my next “intelligence briefing” to Obama which I thought would have had you already here.
Perhaps though I havent been “clear enough” in explaining how the banking-credit system is based entirely on the brutality of war which is necessary to keep the unemployment numbers “manageable”.
I would say that today anywhere in the region of between 98.9 and 99.99% of the people on my email list understand this perfectly, and why you see for example that percentage not complaining to Facebook or Yahoo for “banning” me although the word that Facebook uses is “disabled”.
What this same percentage as well as those who don’t perfectly understand, haven’t factored into their either their selfishness or ignorance is the genius of God to constantly keep things in perfect balance.
I will leave you with the thought that I will begin my “intelligence briefing” to President Obama.
Take a compass or just a large coin and draw 3 intersecting circles.
In each of the 3 circles place the names of the past 3 US Presidents; namely, Obama, GWB and Clinton.
Where all 3 intersect place the name Marc Rich.
Then when you have thought it all through, go and read the 4 “Letters to the Editor” of the Jerusalem Post that were all published some 4 months and 11 days prior to 9/11, and all 4 surrounding the diabolical decision b
y De Beers President Clinton to grant the traitor of traitors Marc Rich a Presidential Pardon, and one that neither of them wanted, just like Spielberg wanted to give his 5 minute introduction speech to his epic 2005 movie Munich like this traitor of Israel wanted to get a Mossad bullet fired into the back of his head.
Not to mention yet again that the Jerusalem Post published my first letter on Feb. 1, 2001 which occurred some 10 days after President GWB took the “oath of office” which was some 12 months to the day after President Clinton – who knew the name De Beers since he was the beneficiary of a Rhodes Scholarship that comes from the will of De Beers founder, Cecil Rhodes – ended his speech at Caltech University so “bizarrely” when warning us Americans that the United States was ripe for a Bosnian style ethnic cleansing civil war.
To mention little of the risk I take of being accused of “spoon-feeding”, bearing in mind President Obama is one of those carbon copied, think about those who like the Jerusalem Post also read what I had to say and using their brains thought them all so very important.
To mention in passing how little I have to lose by upsetting anyone but God who I assume for good reason has blessed me with both a very healthy body and mind and therefore I would say that I should continue to do the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing beginning by not paying as much attention to those who been co-opted-corrupted as I do to God, and not only now give thought to what intelligent beings – i.e. those not corrupted and can think logically at the highest levels where there is no room for nonsense stuff like mysticism and superstition let alone anything that even hints of religious fanaticism – have done in the intervening 8 years while others so full of themselves have aged horribly as these so very boring intellectual midgets’ focus has been exclusively in to making quick money along with quick sex while thinking mostly about sex with someone other than the person they are with and such rare “timeouts” for “exercise” occurring when not eating themselves to a premature death to escape the hell they alone have created themselves; and of course they are so fricken dumb they cannot even connect their worthless minds to their bodies that they mostly hate for one or more reasons because they are so devoid of common sense.
Remember brain damage is irreversible which is not helpful for those inhaling prescription and non-prescription drugs given how just basic common sense says not only was the body-mind so ingeniously designed not to live forever but while healthy to figure out WHY the need for such drug taking for the “quick-now-generation” degenerates.
