Please note that Professor Brown of the Yeshiva University in New York City and co-founder of eRaider.com is “dead in the water” his choosing the word “hybernation” to describe his out of control tailspin that began some 5 years ago when I came across his plea, “I need a shareholder quick” on the Yahoo “Peeriless” (sic) Systems Corporation message board not lost on those of us in the “restructuring” business as well as more than a handful of not necessarily as well educated folk as Professor Brown and his pimp Mr. Melvyn “Mweissman” Weiss Esq. of the 1,000 pound gorilla law firm of Milberg Weiss, does the phrase “crash and burn” ring a bell?

And whether Mr. Weiss´former co-chairman, Mr. Bill Lerach Esq. who has now formed a competing organization geared no doubt to continuing this charade of serving the best interests of the common investor was aware of the strategic alliance Mr. Weiss formed with Professor Brown et al will you would surely agree be of passing interest to the 2 Grand Juries currently convening investigating criminal misconduct of the law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes…

The purpose of this missive is that the world is now watching to see American Justice at work, i.e. why wait for Professor Brown to follow in the footsteps of Mr. Marc Rich who u may recall was a fugative from American justice living the high life in Zug Switzerland before former President Bill Clinton did the abominable act of granting such a discpicable person who “traded with the enemy” a Presidential pardon on his last day in office?

I will be communicating one more time with a schoolboy buddy of mine who worked alongside Marc Rich while a fugative from American justice imploring Roy Essakowto set aside some of the fortune he entered the United States with not that long ago and write a book

tT∞ which might shed more light on why it was so important to grant Marc Rich such a reprieve at the 11th hour and 59th minute.

Why wait for me to return to the United States before you begin “supperoning” (sic) all the records of eRaider.com not to forget to call upon the likes of DianaHenriques of the New York Times who wrote a feature story about Mr. Martin Stoller the other co-founder of eRaider.com, never, never, never to forget posts 26 and 27 by Melvyn Weiss Esq. although soon after I began questioning such “par for the course” meanderings, remember I am the ultimate insider, both Melvyn WEiss and his prostitute Professor Brown suggested that someone else was impersonating Melvyn Weiss using the handle “Mweissman”?

U will recall asking me not all that long ago who specifically within the FBI should be on the receiving end of my missives and I recall suggesting in one communique to direct them directly to the Director of the FBI.

The stakes in this Dog eat “God” (sic) world of SCALs (Shareholder Class Action Litigation) are as high as they get and I would expect that more than a handful of FBI agents have the necessary business skills to understand the game Melvyn Weiss, Professor Brown, Martin Stoller et al have been playing ever since I caught them with their hands in the cookie jar, time and again, agree?

Again, the most rapacious build into their cost of sales the cost of getting caught but more and more folks all around the world, thanks to the likes of me, are getting in tune with not only the heart beat of the universe but how out of sync the financial markets have become, i.e. evidence is evidence, the better the evidence the better the proof, really not very difficult to understand evidence, the Digital Age while setting the masses free make it essentially impossible for those who have allowed their formal education to interfere with their learning to make excuses along the lines of,

“I never knew… if only I had been made aware, blah blah”.

The “unbundance” [sic] of eRaider.com´s actions, failures to take action and now the deafening silences to seeking assistance in making available the evidence I have been painstakingly collecting these past 5 odd years to the 2 Grand Juries, speak volumes, wouldnt u agree?

This will be a top-to-bottom restructuring…” remember my Bottoms Up Schooling having at its base, “The core principle” of truth, that which does not change, is catching on in leaps and bounds, “bounderies” [sic], so called “Chinese Walls” again, giving the investing public nothing less than a false sense of security, and would it be wrong for me to suggest that your business is to INVESTIGATE, as in the Federal Bureau of Investigation?

A gathering of international friends have spent the
past hour enjoying Peruvian wine and music at the hotel
atop Machu Picchu reflecting on the incredibly
uplifting news in the northern hemisphere preparing for
one incredible dinner.
