You didn’t know our family history as well as me and that is not because I was the talker.
You have been focused on covering your tracks ever since you wrote to me on Sept 9, 2016 as you ignored mom’s wishes which you learned from the most current phone conversations mom and I had, and which I sent you and others on Aug 30th.
Assuming you were right that mom had “no memory and complete dementia” as you protested forcefully, you were still duty bound to do what you knew would make mom most happy.
Granting an old lady their wishes even if it didn’t suit your personal agenda, is the right thing to do.
You didn’t stop there.
You believed that by writing so much distracting stuff – which did not include criticizing my conduct towards mom given mom’s clarity in those phone conversations, starting with how much she loved and trusted me because of my consistent positiveness, versus the 3 of you only about the money – and then ignoring mom’s wishes would inevitably result in mom’s great brain dying.
That is not good, period.
Your tone also started to change as I [attempted to] share more of my ongoing phone communications with mom which you didn’t want to hear as you ignored my offer to send you those conversations which along with what you had already, supported mom appearing so beautifully on film, in full control of her mental faculties, beginning the morning after I arrived in Israel, the afternoon of Sept 21, 2016 when you blurted out that I had better brought money to pay for my food unless I managed to get Deborah Sturman to release monies belonging to mom.
You could easily have told me a story about aliens landing in your backyard in Melbourne, Australia given how you felt the need to fill up your mind with as much bullshit as you possibly could.
Before you began that short but incredibly revealing of wrongdoing Sept [21] email, you knew that you were hiding the fact that you had gone behind mom’s and my back, and had your lawyer friend Weisel appointed as mom’s guardian 6 days before, Sept 15.
There was also nothing beautiful when you decided that the videos of mom now up on Youtube, starting with The Lady’s Speech, countered your atrocious position as they were solid evidence that it was no mistake your false protestations that mom had “no memory, complete dementia”.
Like you, I can also type on a mobile device and deal very comfortably with all the distractions that cross my path, which is greatly helped by me never being a talker.
It does, however, also makes it more difficult to add individuals/groups to the cc and blind cc section.
The fact that you are not defending your position publicly does not mean that you are right.
How could you trust a lawyer, call her your friend; doesn’t it cross your mind that Weisel would be self-serving especially when she laughed at mom in front of everyone [Sept. 25, 2016], and our mother was so appropriate in her response to Weisel, “You are not my guardian. God is my guardian” before dismissing Weisel , “Have a good day!“.
I have changed my mind about not contesting mom’s will [Gravediggers –CLICK HERE] which you explained well in those Sept 2016 emails has good reason to be contested.
It was also up to you and Deborah Sturman to work out how the 2 of you and my 2 elder brothers were going to get monies into mom’s bank accounts to pay for your lawyers and caregivers who were clearly not mom’s first choices, before selling off suddenly mom’s bachelor pad for some 400k Euros.
No human could expect to be better treated by their children than our mother.
Their nervousness is expressed by the silence of the huge numbers who have visited at least once The Lady’s Speech as well as all the others which I have yet to provide publicly a detailed analysis.
I will be doing that in due course as well as sharing what my 95 year old mother-in-law Rachelle Dion, who plays a very good game of bridge 4 times a week and lives independently, has to say about her read of mom.
Now, today, this moment, you can reverse your path to hell by giving me custody of mom who you are treating as a non-entity, and that you know began when you first ignored her crystal clear wishes.
Only God is going to be able to help you, Melvin and Neil overcome your decision to have Israeli police barge into mom’s apartment at 1:30am on Sept 27, 2016 to have me removed.
It was barbaric.
Even if mom was not a spring chicken at the time because she was 87 and also woken up from a dead sleep, you would know that such an invasion would only add to her stress.
But you knew differently. You wanted to kill mom as much as you wanted to kill me.
If it turns out that one human will become better people as a result of your vulgarity, then mom would say that in her and I not being able to spend this quality time together, it was worth it.
You should never gauge your conduct by the actions of the bad, and there was nothing bad in the way mom raised you.
When mom expressed so well and joyfully that I make her feel important and no less hesitantly that the 3 of you were too busy in your lives, nor was mom lying.
A person suffering from dementia is totally incapable of predicting the future and yet mom foresaw all 3 of your actions.
That means mom had to be observing the 3 of you carefully as you vultured Alan Zulman which is consistent with your writings as well as what Deborah Sturman described.
The funny thing is that you are counting on all the judges in Israel to keep the 3 of you out of jail.
They all understand that you have committed the most heinous crime, but they choose not to act at the present time because it already makes Israel look so awful.
Surely you never thought your life would end up like this.
You obviously don’t care about mom as much as me.
Taking revenge on a good person because you acted wrong to begin with when you stood by as Alan Zulman stole my monies that I had earmarked for dad, has to have already negatively impacted your health, and that you know began with your poor memory.
Watching mom from a distance whither away cannot escape the attention of God.
