This was a ground intercept the klaxons rang Rand and I were on QRA (Quick Reation Area) From the time the bell rang we where in the air nad on intercept in less the 60 seconds. In peace time intercepts thare ar always OBC (onboard cameras) This day thaere was a F-15e recording for training. They filmed Randy and I turning the “Bear” ariund and escorting them back across the boarder…. I have no idea howCyndi managed to get a copy of this classified film ( Official Use Only).

1. One of your and Randy’s u-95 Bear intercepts …LOL it is the one that the Air Force made into that “Motivational Video” , Then Cyndi Got a copy of it and set it to her tune. What always strikes me most about this clip is the prosaic truck driving by outside the base. He has know idea that a nuclear loaded “Soviet Bear” has just crossed into US airspace and these two pilots are going to show him back to the boarder.
2. You and Randy Arriving is style for The AF’s T competition, Didn’t you two place 1 and 3 respectively?

You would know that were any fighter pilot who is trained to know their target aircraft inside-out were to fire warning shots as many do where the bullets hit the tail section and pass through without damaging not even the cables and hydraulics needed to fly the plane because the aircraft including those carrying nuclear weapons are designed to withstand such common “shots across the bow” although it is more the tailplane, and decided instead to bring down such a bomber it could be totally catastrophic and by the time the US Congress have finished with their hearings, well you get the picture.
