What if?

are you saying that if the monies clear then you are just going to let go?

he first of all gets time. There is despair from his dire strait financial situation; his poor decision making, who knows?

I stopped playing the “what if?” games once I realized that no one could give me a logical argument to what I was saying; and therefore for there to be 100% of the people silent, logic told me that the silent also couldn’t make a case for themselves and which you see in my most eye opening $4 million DEATH PENALTY sentence which says you can only get justice in America if you can bribe the judiciary more than your opponents.

If I had all the money in the world, I couldn’t have won that lawsuit, and an 11 year old who can read and write would understand that perfectly just from reading the transcripts. Have you read them?

Never in the history of the world has evidence against the judiciary been so crystal clear. Again, 357 days have transpired since this corrupt Texas Judge so arrogantly displayed the true colors of most Americans.

If you cannot trust your judiciary, you cannot trust your money. (I am about to watch The Inside Job dealing with what led to the economic collapse of 2008. You know that I know what I am about to watch is total bs, and so did De Beers-Oppenheimer who approve all movies and documentaries.)

Not to speak is to speak. (Ask your lawyer uncle what he thinks, unless you already know his answer, and you don’t want to make an enemy out of a family member.)

Logic tells you that it is not possible for the law to be just, simply by looking at who controls the lawmakers. Funny isn’t it how we all talk about it just takes money to win an election and yet because of our brainwashing which begins as young children we don’t ask whether a monopolist who controls the mineral wealth of the world would ever let their lawmakers pass laws which would not only take away their stolen wealth but result in the bribes paid to keep everyone silent being made public.

Did you get my “complete farce” communique to my former webmaster. it should be read before my latest “It is the Supreme Internet Court [SIC] taking its course.”

This is what he sent me today. As far as the names and money owed, I have only made brief contact with Sam’s victims at this point and have told them only of the possibility that I would put together a class action lawsuit against him. They have been forth coming and have stated that they would give me any information regarding their experiences that I need. I’m leaving this on the back burner for now as I want to first await to see if Sam is actually going to follow through. You have seen his correspondence and I personally think that he is just playing his games again. Monday will definitely be the deadline because I am not going to deal with it after then. He’s a very strange man….I just don’t understand what he gets out of all the b.s. he engulfs himself with.

Terry,

I am not interested in speaking with any third parties. And don’t assume that I would not have waited an additional day. If you are really telling the truth and I am not being lured into any more of your lies, then you can just respond to the paypal request I sent you by returning my money to me directly. I am giving you until January 13th to fulfill the obligation to which you have committed yourself to. Should you default and once again prove that you are just taking me for a ride, then I will proceed with my Uncle who is an attorney in Providence by filing a class action law suit against you with your county’s DA. My email that I sent to you last week got me in touch with 7 other people who have been scammed by you. They all gave me their personal contact information and said they would be willing to sign any documentation filed by an attorney representing a class action lawsuit again you and your company. As you can see, Terry, this isn’t about the $475 dollars anymore; this is about the principle. Although the results may not produce any financial compensation for any of the people who have been scammed by you, a criminal conviction would be more satisfying than any amount of money owed to any of the plaintiffs. For your sake, if we end up going down this route, maybe the outcome will also be a blessing for you. Who knows? Maybe you might end up having the opportunity to revert back to your former life, when you acted on honor and made others proud of what you represented. The picture that has been painted of Terry Samples now among many is a picture which doesn’t even represent a shadow of his former self. As a man who has experience much in his long life thus far, you should know that we are all the creators of our own destinies. Where your destiny takes you, I guess we will see come tomorrow.
