Allianz(formerly AG, FWB: ALV, NYSE: AZ) is the largest financial services provider in the world, headquartered in Munich, Germany.

Henning Schulte-Noelle was the first CEO of Allianz who took up the history in the Third Reich when he commissioned an Archive for Corporate History in 1993, which was opened in 1996. In 1997 Schulte-Noelle asked Gerald D. Feldman, historian from the Berkeley University in California, if he would undertake a larger research project on Allianz past in the Third Reich. Feldman started the research in 1998 together with a team of young historians. Both organizations took care of payments for the victims. Feldman published the comprehensive results of his research in September 2001. The research concluded that Allianz, as an organization and through its corporate officers, was heavily involved with the Nazi Regime and the Third Reich, starting as early as the early 1930s and continuing all the way through to the collapse of the Third Reich in 1945.

Among the more notable examples:

Records proved conclusively that Allianz insured the property and personnel of the infamous Auschwitz extermination camp, as well as the Dachau concentration camp. It was also proven that prior to issuing the insurance policies, Allianz Group inspectors toured the camps and were fully aware of the purpose of the camps.

Wow – is that a surprise, “a great number of clients are not as truthful as one would hope”?

You are stating the facts; and I as well as my wife truly applaud that.

Instead since I want to enjoy a sunset run along the beach well before the sun sets and to enjoy that moment and light show will undoubtedly follow given the awesome cloud formations, I will “stick to business” as best I can.

You also know that when your client is “lying through his teeth” you, as a lawyer, are “duty bound” NOT to protect the “client-attorney” privilege which is the “client’s privilege”, not the lawyers, but to ensure “trust in the law”; otherwise the notion of “we are a nation of lawyers”, no strike that, “we are a nation of laws”, loses its meaning and when that happens anarchy is inevitable; moreover, in this digital age with information being shared at light-speed such a collapse of “rule of law” can occur where one would least expect it; namely within the military, unless you are like me very well schooled in the History, Economics, Military and Politics [HEMP].

Even though I am not a lawyer I do know quite a bit about the laws of pretty much every country given how the “foundation of law” is principled on war; moreover, the very first thing I remembered my most aware, very cash rich

Bear in mind that you most likely are unaware that the US Government imposed an arms boycott of Israel during its first war of survival, commonly known as the War of Independence [Nov. 1947 – Jan. 1949], and that such a boycott was not intended to let Ben Gurion believe that the US Government was a “friend” of the fledgling Jewish State; on the contrary, when Allied Field Marshal Montgomery stated just before the official start, when Ben Gurion declared Jewish Statehood on May 14th, 1948, “When the British flag is lowered for the last time in Palestine, the Jews will be overrun”, he was not kidding.
