They don’t have a case without you, but you have to show up. You have not only all the facts but you have now the transcripts from my case which show they couldn’t come up with any evidence against me. You have nothing to lose by going to Texas, otherwise they will rule against you; and therefore their argument will be if you are guilty, because all they have is what you have said and written, then it will strengthen their case against me.

I will pay for the ticket.

I didn’t show up because I had nothing to do with this case, and it allowed the record to be very clear with the judge shooting off his mouth that they had nothing on me other than the fact that I know you, and then they severed you at the last moment to make it look like it was me and Knuff only.
