For 12 years you were silent after I answered your very important question concerning your rogue colleagues Weiss and Lerach who when I responded on June 17 to your June 9th question that came [June 7, 2006 – 2 years and 2 days before] my wife Marie began exposing my 3 siblings for failing to show care towards our father, I was unaware that they would be both be serving time in prison for charges that didn’t come close to their criminal malfeasance.
My mother Zena also knew that with your political connections such as your law partner Arthur Miller you could have nipped the CIA fabricated defamation lawsuit against me, filed also in the wrong legal jurisdiction of Texas, in the bud; but you sat silent.
You are not an expert on logic or for that matter the mental health condition of anyone other than possibly yourself.
You must hope that no one ever questions your sanity.

You have ignored my very important questions; starting with having your close connections Ros and Jonny Norris help my mother call me; the same with Lance Zulman and the lying caregiver Mary-Lou. Nor have you explained why you choose to ignore this request. You also haven’t given me Lance’s telephone number.

You also haven’t explained why it is that you have concerns about the final will you drew up for Alan being valid. I suggest you now study carefully the “Committed” on my Facebook “wall” that has been read by a great many more than my very carefully selected 140 FB friends which include a former RAND “Think Tank” Pentagon corporation member, Dr. Rod Smith Phd. who combined we exposed the voter fraud in the 2002 California Gubernatorial election and the aftermath of that, total disaster is because the lawyers failed to act.
This morning, after my exercises and breakfast, I will be pulling out all stops to reach my mother.

I am on Eli Symon’s non-responsiveness and have a plan. I will see about finding you a lawyer in Israel. Shmuel can be hired rather inexpensively to look into the social structures. He is being my man on the ground and since he is a lawyer, but just graduated law school (and it was a religious law school) I am going to get a civil lawyer too and have Shmuel assist and support.
Kathy is trying to sweet talk Lance. She has offered to invite him to Australia and denies that she said they wanted to sell his apartment, something Ros and Jonny heard.

D – I have just got back from a short bicycle ride in the forest and the thought occurred to me that you may not have realized that for Kathy-Melvin-Emma to be quiet about Alan’s death on their FB not only do they appear to be that much more two-faced which is not what you what from a Guardian who picks anything other than their noses, but they are deathly afraid that Alan’s FINAL WILL will prevail.

Are you familiar with the story of my mother Zena once she got her head around the fact that all the prominent Jewish lawyers and Jewish accountants-auditors involved with the destruction of my father’s conglomerate, my mother strode into the office of Moshal Gevisser’s managing director, Sol Moshal and without saying a word, slapped him hard across the face with the back of her hand which almost threw him off his chair, and then my very polite mother said, “You bastard!” and then left without saying another word.

Were you aware that neither Melvin nor Kathy who are active on Facebook have made any mention of Alan’s death? Melvin, however, since Alan’s passing has put up one of the ugliest photos of my mother because when he took the photo of photo the camera was not level and her body looks distorted. Neil shut down his Facebook right after he married Emma. Emma also has made no mention on her FB about Alan’s passing.
Remember Kathy has told the world back on December 15, 2014 how great is Alan; and now nothing.

I heard your message. I have not heard back from Symon. The reason Alan did not use him to write the final will is that Symon was out of the country when Alan decided to change it and did not get back to Israel until after Alan had passed.
If Symon had come back Alan would have had him draft a will with the same content as the final one.
Alan had been friendly with another lawyer, Ayala Wiesel, but after Ayala’s alliance with Kathy acting in a way that Alan did not approve of he didn’t want to use her either.
