You would expect a talkative economist like Dr. Geoffrey Rothwell Phd, principal economist for the Nuclear Energy Agency, to mount a counter argument to De Beers-Barclays having a zero “cost of capital” otherwise it looks like Rothwell is a stooge.
Rothwell also knows that he is not the only stooge taking a big government check.
Those in the financial services sector which includes all the weapons manufacturers, both conventional and nuclear, like to always talk “big picture” economics because if one can achieve just a very slight improvement on your competition, just a fraction lower interest rate charge, you might consider opening your own bank and being backed by the financier which makes you more competitive than your closest competitor.
That doesn’t prevent you from staying committed to your “first love” which is very possibly real estate development and you have heard for example that the city of San Diego is looking to redevelop its downtown harbor shoreline which is estimated to cost $2 billion which is a fraction of the cost of the nuclear aircraft carrier fleet parked just a couple of hundred meters away, and to its left is America’s most advanced fast attack nuclear submarine base and in front of them is the US Navy SEALs base on Coronado Island.
When you are now starting your bank, why would you stop at developing the commercial and residential shoreline? More than 24 hours ago I began broadcasting my most recent communique with a Scottish gentleman who is featured in several documentaries critical of President Trump and the first one came out in 2012 and was titled, “You’ve been Trumped”, which you have probably seen and applauded, assuming you have been programmed not to like Trump.
Silence followed. Everyone including this Scottish gentleman who loves to write and he also comes across very well in the documentaries I’ve seen, whereas Trump comes across as bad as it gets, and the same with the puppet Scottish Government officials, all perfectly understand everything that I wrote.
You can understand that if everyone, both Trump supporters and those who hate Trump are all quiet, it means they are having difficulty figuring out their differences.
It is fair to say that the two of you will also go quiet when you read those 1230 words which ended with, “Im now going to watch a documentary on base jumping” that details the life of an American engineer, Karl Goenish who was the “father” of this trendy, and thrilling sport, and who just hours after setting a Guinness World Record in Norway jumped to his death while believing that his parachute would be his angel and save him from certain death; and before taking the plunge Goenish, who had his wife waiting for him in their hotel room, and she too broke the world record as they jumped together, spoke to his Norwegian guides who trekked with him up the mountain as he sported a severely injured leg that he hadn’t sought treatment for because of his religious beliefs, about the “Temptation of Christ”.
He was also jumping from a mountain spot that the day before had been ruled out by all the experts as totally unsafe which as you would know is easy to establish by just dropping a rock from the takeoff position.
Point being, once people get in their heads a certain belief system, it just means they should be questioned more.
Moreover, when these two guides heard Goenish’s speech which has everything to do with not so much tempting fate, but it sounding like he was a nutcase, then maybe they should simply have thrown off more rocks until such time as the mountain was level with the ground below.
