Yes, the holiday is almost over.

What would be a better expression to describe what is happening to my mother at the hands of my siblings so as not to scare people away and support me in my quest?

Bear in mind the following:

1. They were telling other people, but not contacting me, that my mother was suffering from “advanced dementia” which would mean that my mother was totally out of it and could not make up her mind about anything.

2. When I first wrote to them on January 14, 2016 after visiting with my mother the day before and told them that my mother was totally lucid but that her second husband, Alan Zulman greeted me into their apartment saying “Be aware that your mother is suffering from advanced dementia and will probably not recognize you” they did not respond to that January 14th communique. My eldest brother Neil and his new and very young wife raced over to Israel and in “taking charge” of the situation started to intimidate the crap out of Alan Zulman for allowing me into the apartment which he did because he genuinely believed that my mother had lost her mind. It is also very possible that my mother in order to maintain her sanity stopped reacting to their vulgarity.

3. Then they began ransacking my mother’s home in England which Alan Zulman suspected and so he first sent over his sister Ros Norris to investigate and when she came back to Israel empty handed, he got himself out of his death bed and went to England and what he was looking for was not there. I have no hard evidence that they “ransacked” the house full of money instruments, paintings and antiques plus documents detailing the movement of monies around the world which may have been what Zulman was most concerned about, but my eldest brother Neil ran into a neighbor and long time friend of our family, Kerry Anderson Malfesis who is a few years younger than me and my eldest brother Neil was screwing Kerry’s daughter when the daughter was still very much “under age”. In the conversation, Neil told Kerry that my mother was not returning to England and that he was going to be selling her house but that Kerry shouldn’t tell anyone that the house is not being lived in which kerry knew because my mom and her second husband had been away in Israel at least a year getting treatment for Alan Zulman’s terminal cancer. Kerry told me about this when I visited England in early June 2016, and Kerry also said that she found it very strange that Neil would feel the need to remind her that my mother’s house was empty, thus inviting burglars. Neil also told her that he was marrying this girlfriend because he wanted to have someone to take care of him into his old age and that he had promised Emma Elliot both a baby and his estate. He was 65 at the time and this Emma was not yet 30.

4. Also on February 16, 2016, Alan Zulman took my mother to see her medical doctors who came away with a medical diagnosis that my mother was suffering from mild dementia. After I met with my mother in September 2016 the month after Alan Zulman died and got the film footage that showed that my mother was as sharp as a tack and predicted accurately the behavior of her 3 eldest children the medical doctors, very afraid of a medical malpractice lawsuit, simply told me, “We are very sorry” and they refused to cooperate any more.

5. Immediately after Kerry told me about her encounter with Neil I wrote to my 3 siblings, on June 4 and then again June 7, 2016 to let them know what Kerry had told me. They ignored those communications as well. On June 13, 2016, my sister Kathy wrote Kerry a coverup email saying the most terrible things about Alan Zulman and that it was he who wanted to keep my mother in Israel but that the 3 of them [she never mentioned me] wanted my mother to return to England. Kerry wrote back the same day saying that she was ready to help in any way to get my mother back to England. My sister went silent. Then on June 19, 2016, my sister sent Kerry a second Facebook email saying that she and her husband David were now back in Israel having “just arrived” and that she would call Kerry “tomorrow”. Kerry never heard again from my sister and Kerry eventually forwarded me those communications.

6. I only found out that Alan Zulman had died 2 days after his death which was on August 6, 2016. That was because an American lawyer and long time personal friend of my mother’s, Deborah Sturman contacted me to let me know that I should get involved in the guardianship of my mother who Deborah also believed was now suffering from “advanced dementia”. Alan Zulman had also chosen Deborah Sturman to replace my sister Kathy as the co-executor of his estate. Deborah Sturman who was the key player in the multi-billion dollar Nazi slave wage settlement for Holocaust survivors, all thanks to my and my mother Zena’s efforts, was now at war with my sister Kathy and my two elder brothers whose behavior she couldnt figure out but she just found their sudden turning and vulturing Alan Zulman totally disgusting. Sturman has huge skeletons of her own, and all stemming from those billions that passed through her hands.

7. Deborah Sturman also helped me craft a letter to the co-executor of Alan Zulman’s estate stating that I wanted to be involved in the future guardianship of my mother Zena who I was no longer able to speak with over the telephone because they disconnected the phone. This co-executor, South African-Israeli lawyer, Eli Symon never responded to that email or my follow ups.

8. My only contact was now with Deborah Sturman and she didn’t like my “digging” and eventually she would no longer communicate with me, but she had written that if I went down the path of saying that my mother was of sound mind, people would think I was mad and my credibility would be blown.

9. On September 8, 2016, feeling that I had nothing to lose, I pulled out all my guns and fired off a very well drafted communique to my siblings which spelled out that I would be pursuing criminal charges of manslaughter against them. This communique prompted my sister Kathy to reply the next day. She never disputed anything I had to say. All she did was attack Deborah Sturman for feeding me false information. My sister also went on to expose a fraud which Deborah Sturman and Alan Zulman had entered into relating the estate of my mother’s very close personal friend, Les Shagam who was a founder of the Israel Air Force.

10. Not wanting to do anything more than get to see my mother again, I kept my cool but insisted that my dealings over the phone with my mother before they disconnected it were very different to what my sister and Deborah Sturman were describing. My sister just kept repeating that my mother was suffering from advanced dementia and had no memory. What my sister kathy wrote is far worse and extraordinarily self-incriminating than what I am describing now.

Now we come to my claims, not of the decision to murder my mother, but to torture my mother to death.

On August 31, 2016, I sent all of them including Eli Symon the taped phone conversations I was having with my mother before they cut the line. In those recordings it is very clear how positively my mother feels about me and the “positive life” I have led. At the same time my mother makes just as clear that my 3 elder siblings don’t believe in anything other than money.

The last i heard from my sister was on September 11, 2016 and I responded immediately. The next time was on September 21 when she told me to bring “food money”.

On September 15, 2016, they petitioned the Israeli courts to appoint non-family member, Ayala Weisel as my mother’s guardian and they never told me or my mother.

They were trying to trap me because those phone conversations could not have been with someone suffering from advanced dementia, but they were already suffering from all their lies. My sister gave me the cell phone number of Alan Zulman and my mother and I continued to speak right up until I departed the US for Israel, again arriving the evening of September 21 and before we arrived at my mother’s apartment I picked up food for us as well as my mother and the maid as I had read my sister’s email once we landed at Ben Gurion airport.

All 29 videos show an 87 year old woman better than 99.99999% of the people I know and I would say the same about you. It is highly doubtful either of your parents could be as lucid as my mother, and I think they would both agree.

My siblings and their lawyers have been trying to make this a case about my mother having no money of her own as well as suffering from “advanced dementia”.

The Israeli judge and all the Israeli and non-Israeli lawyers I have shown this case to and it all rests on those videos which couldn’t have been falsified, know this is the epic case of fraud.

When you deprive an elderly person who is very clear about her wishes of her last wishes, you are killing her.

She is in the hands of people who she has stated clearly in the Lady’s Speech 9 minute and 24 second footage, don’t care about her. My siblings have seen what my mother has said about them on film which dovetail those equally explicit taped phone conversations.

Wouldn’t you want your mother dead, if you were in my siblings’ shoes? How would you go about doing it?

Just one thing, you speak of the murdering of your mother.

That may of may not be true, it is really very sad what your siblings have done,

and should be fought, but if you speak of murdering,

the people you contact will think that you are exagerating,

and that does not help your cause.

You could of course that the way your mother is isolated by them, is very harmful

for her and very, very immoral indeed. But I think you will scare

people away if you speak of murder.
